The Toyota Way

The Toyota Way is the philosophy behind Toyota Production System (TPS). This is a precursor of the lean Lean project management methodology. It was initially called just-in-time, and was later renamed to TPS.

Toyota's system was built on two pillars of just-in-time inventory management and automated quality control with human touch.
